Terms of Service

1. Agreement

Gochi is operated by Imre Nagi, an individual based in Indonesia. By using Gochi, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you cannot agree on your own, use Gochi only with permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Guest access and accounts

Supported parts of Gochi can be explored as a Guest Learner. Personal progress, cross-device learning state, subscription access, and other account features require a supported sign-in method.

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Contact support promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

3. Free access, plans, and capabilities

Free access may include samples, daily allowances, or other limits. Basic and Premium unlock the capabilities described in the app at the time of purchase. Premium includes Basic capabilities. Daily AI chat allowances and other usage limits reset or apply as described in the app and may be enforced to keep the service reliable.

Features and plan packaging may evolve. Changes to paid capabilities may apply at renewal or when reasonably required for product, safety, legal, or operational reasons.

4. Apple subscriptions and purchases

Paid iOS subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple. The App Store purchase screen shows the localized price, billing period, trial eligibility, renewal details, and terms that apply before you confirm a purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple account before the renewal deadline shown by Apple. Any free trial is limited to eligible users and converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Upgrades, downgrades, billing, and refunds follow Apple’s policies and the choices shown in your account.

Deleting Gochi, signing out, or deleting a Gochi account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Use Apple’s subscription settings to cancel. Use Restore Purchases in Gochi or contact support if an active Apple entitlement is not recognized.

5. Acceptable use

Use Gochi for lawful personal learning. Do not interfere with the service, bypass subscription or security controls, share paid access improperly, scrape or overload systems, introduce harmful code, impersonate others, abuse AI features, or submit text, photos, or audio that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.

6. Learning and AI features

Translations, generated responses, pronunciation feedback, grading, and other automated results may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. They are learning aids, not professional advice or a guarantee of exam results. Check important information independently and do not rely on Gochi in an emergency.

An error or unsuccessful generation may still count toward a daily allowance when service resources were used. Gochi may block or limit unsafe, abusive, or unsupported requests.

7. Gochi content and your content

Gochi and its licensors retain rights in the app, branding, software, and provided learning materials. Your subscription gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the available content while your access applies.

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You permit Gochi and its service providers to host, transmit, reproduce, analyze, and otherwise process that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the features you choose to use.

8. Availability and account action

Gochi may change, interrupt, or discontinue features. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, Gochi, service providers, or others, or when these terms are materially violated. You may stop using Gochi at any time.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

Gochi is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that every feature will always be available, secure, accurate, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Gochi is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Gochi changes. The current version and its effective date will be published on this page. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
